Active splits (online) Wednesdays 6:00pm CD

  • learn to activate your muscled to create a stronger more engages split line. in this 8 week online splits class We will be going over sequences for warm up, drills for building strength and stretches to get that split line even better.

Mix level contortion (online) every week

This is a mixed level class for beginner to intermediate contortionist, the focus will be on drills for splits, back openers, active shoulder and hip drills and much more.

Tuesday 7:00pm-8:30pm CST

Thursday 11:00am-12:30pm CST

Intermediate/Advanced contortion (online) every week

In this intermediate/ advanced level class we will focus on handstands ( straight and contortion) contortion sequences for transitions, drills for active splits, needle pose, chest-stands and more.

Saturday’s 12:00-1:30pm

8 week active splits class

Increase your performance appeal or simply work on your split line either way this class is for you. I will reach you about hip mobility, muscle engagement and much more. in this drop in class I am here to answer your questions and help you on your journey through flexibility.

prerequisites:

ability to touch floor wile keeping legs straight and together.

Private lessons

Privates lessons are perfect for working on those hard to get skills and to gain a better insight into your training. I work with students weekly to help them create a more inclusive and focused home training plan as well as extra drills to build strength or deepen flexibility.

Mix Level Contortion class

Welcome to the beautiful world of contortion, in this mix level class we will explore the art of contortion and drills for opening the shoulders, back, hips, hamstrings and more. we will run through a warm-up, drills for splits and back and go over easy sequences to help build endurance and grace.

Prerequisites

  • Splits close to flat or flat

  • bridge hold for 45 seconds

  • 45 second handstand on the wall

  • foot to head in pigeon pose or cobra

Intermediate/ Advanced Contortion

This class is directed towards the more advanced students wanting to clean up skills and deepen flexibility and understanding of their skills and tricks. the focus will be on handstands, clean movements, sequencing & linking skills together.

Prerequisites:

  • feet to head in cobra

  • splits flat or over splits

  • standing backbend

  • free standing handstand (away from wall) 5 second hold

 

Handstand Classes

Welcome to the wonderful world Handbalancing. In this 6 week series we will be focusing on building core strength, how to self correct positions & shifting weight. This is not a beginner level Classe so be prepared to bush yourself and come hydrated.

Prerequisites

1 min handstand on wall

Able to kick up to handstand away from wall

no hold necessary

Forward bend with hands on floor
