• Active Splits Workshop

    Have you been working on your splits, but want to take it to the next level? Are you searching for new drills or sequences to work on that will help you achieve your flexibility goals? Look no further!

    In this workshop, we’ll focus on getting deeper into our hips, hamstrings, and adductors through the use of active flexibility drills and strengthening exercises to make that split line even better. Focus will be on active flexibility, quad/glute engagement, hip flexor openers, and stabilizers.

    Prerequisites:

    *Forward pike touching toes or further

    *No existing injury that would impact stretching your legs

  • Hand-balance Workshops

    Want to spend more time upside down? In this workshop, you’ll do just that!

    Learn proper handstand technique and drills that you can practice alone or with friends while working towards building a stable handstand. This workshop will put emphasis on core stability, shoulder mobility, and handstand transitions. These techniques will all contribute to a handstand practice that is safe, productive, and FUN.

    Prerequisites:

    *one min handstand on wall

    *able to kick up in free space ( no hold needed)

  • Art of Contortion

    Contortion is the art of movement poise and strength. Come learn this beautiful art with me. In this workshop, I will teach you how to take your flexibility training to the next level while also building strength and poise in your positions. Focus will be on proper warm-up technique, breathing exercises, shoulder and back openers for backbends/chest-stands;hip opening drills for splits, and more!

    Prerequisites:

    *Bridge with chest on wall

    *Flat splits or close to

    *handstand on wall
